Our liner replacement service for residential inground pools includes measuring and confirming the fit, removing and disposing of the old liner, preparing the pool surface, installing the new liner, and filling/setting it properly for a smooth, tight finish. If your pool is showing its age - cracked or loose coping, missing waterline tile, rough surfaces, stains, or discoloration - updating the coping, tile, and plaster is the best way to make it feel brand new again.

We renovate residential inground pools with a focus on clean craftsmanship and long-lasting materials. From modern coping styles and updated waterline tile to a fresh plaster finish, we'll help you choose a combination that fits your home and budget - whether you want a simple refresh or a full "wow" upgrade.

Swimming Pool Inspections

Get peace of mind with a professional swimming pool inspection from Alpa Pools & Spas. Whether you're buying a home, selling, planning a renovationm or troubleshooting ongoing issues, an inspection helps you understand the condition of your pool and equipment - before small problems turn into expensive surprises.

Our inspections for residential inground pools include a visual evaluation of the pool structure and surrounding areas, plus a review of key equipment and operation when accessible/seasonally appropriate. We look for common concerns such as visible leaks, cracks, worn fittings, unsafe or non-functioning components, and equipment that may be near the end of its service life (pump, filter, heater, salt system, and automation, if applicable).

After the visit, you'll receive clear notes on what we observed, recommended next steps, and priority items - so you can plan confidently and budget accurately.
