Every Pool is different, so pricing and service scope may vary based on cover type, pool size, equipment configuration, and additional features such as salt systems, automation, spas, or water features. Start-ip chemicals, water balancing, and any repairs or replacement parts are not included unless specifically quoted.

Initial Vacuum

The initial vacuum is an optional add-on service that removes heavy debris and settled sediment after your pool is opened. Our team uses our own professional vacuum equipment and typically vacuums to waste, which pulls debris out of the pool without sending it through your filtration system. Because vacuum-to-waste bypasses the filtration system, water loss is expected, and the homeowner is responsible for refiling the pool to the proper operating level.

Service includes one initial vacuum visit. Depending on water conditions, a second vacuum may be recommended after the water clears and additional sediment settles. Chemicals and water balancing are not included.
